De uitslagen van de RMC Award zijn bekend. Nou we kunnen trots zijn!!

DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison is 1ste BEST KITTEN 2011!!!

en...CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth is 3rd BEST OPEN POES 2011!! We kunnen niet beschrijven hoe trots we zijn op deze showresultaten!!YEAH!!!!!

The results of the RMC Award are official now. And we can be very proud!!!

DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison is 1ste BEST KITTEN 2011!!!

and... CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth is 3rd BEST OPEN FEMALE 2011!!! We can not describe how proud we are on these results!! YEAH!!!!!

Na jaren niet in Schiedam te zijn geweest zijn we dit weekend voor het eerst in jaren naar de Felikat show in Schiedam geweest. Nou daar hebben we geen spijt van. Naast lekker verwend te zijn met speciaal gebak en drank ter ere van behaalde resultaten, waren onze resultaten van deze show ook SUPER!!!

Bubu en Morrison hadden keurmeester Geir Edvardson. En dit waren hun resulaten :-)

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth (Bubu) -> behaalde haar derde CAGCIB. De keurmeerster vond Bubu een schatje met een strenge blik.
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> behaalde een U1 met concurentie, kreeg de Best in Variëteit en werd genomineerd. De keurmeester gaf bij de nominatie mee dat het hij gelukkig was dat hij Morrison kon nomineren. Wat een mooi compliment!

Naast de reguliere keuring was er ook een ringenkeuring voor junioren en kittens.
Morrison werd BEST JUNIOR KATER (6-10 maanden) over categorie 1 tot en met 4. Hij was de enige categorie 2 kat van de 4 finale winnaars.

Wat een prachtig resultaat. Voor alle junioren en kittens welke aan de ringenspecial mee deden was er nog een tas met cadeaus. Vooral het speelgoed uit de tas werd hartelijk door zowel Bubu als Morrison in ontvangst genomen.

We mogen wederom enorm trots zijn op onze kanjers!!!

After years of not being aible to come to the show in Schiedam we were there this weekend for the first time in years. Well we don't regret for a moment :-) Next to being spoiled with cake and drinks because of results, our own results were GREAT aswell!!!

Bubu and Morrison were judged by judge Geir Edvardson. And these were their results :-)

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth (Bubu) -> got her third CAGCIB. The judge found her a cute lady with a angry look.
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> got an excellent 1 with competition, became Best in Variety and was nominated Best in Show. The judge told us at the nomination that he was lucky to Nominate Morrison. What a beautifull compliment!

Next to the normal judging there was a Ring Special for juniors and kittens.
Morrison became BEST JUNIOR MALE of all 4 category's. He was the only category 2 cat of the 4 finalists.

What a GREAT result. For all juniors and kittes who joined the special there was gift bag with toys and candy. Espescially the toys from this bag were directly the favorite of both Bubu and Morrison.

Again we can be very PROUD at our sweethearts!!!

In dit mooie zomer weekend zijn we met Bubu en Morrison naar Darmstadt geweest. En wat een super weekend is dat geworden!!!

13 augustus

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> kreeg van keurmeester Dorte Kaa haar eerste CAGCIB
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> kreeg een U1 van keurmeester Dorte Kaa. Verloor nipt de Nominatie BIS aan zijn zusje Mayflower :-)

14 augustus

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> kreeg van keurmeester Albert Kurkowski haar tweede CAGCIB. Hij vond Bubu de beste Maine Coon van groep 1. WAUW wat een compliment. Bovenop dat alles kreeg ze ook nog van keurmeester Kurkowski de Nominatie uit 5 katten (waarond de BIS winnares van dag 1)
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> kreeg een U1 van keurmeester Kurkowski, kreeg de nominatie uit 4 katten en werd BEST IN SHOW!!!

In this hot summer weekend we went with Bubu and Morrison to Darmstadt. And what a super weekend it was!!!

August 13th

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> got her first CAGCIB from judge Dorte Kaa
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> got an Excellent 1 from Dorte Kaa. Lost by an inch the Nomination Best in Show to his sister Mayflower :-)

August 14th

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> got her second CAGCIB from judge Kurkowski. He told the audience and us that Bubu was the best cat in Maine Coons groep 1. WAUW!!! What a complimnet. On top of all she also got the Nomination Best in Show out of 5 cats (among them the BIS winner from day 1)
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> Got and Excellent 1 from judge Kurkowski and was Nominated Best in Show. Morrison became BEST IN SHOW!!!

Dit weekend zijn we met Bubu en Morrison naar Rendsburg geweest. Het was wel weer even een reis maar we hebben wederom genoten :-)

9 juli 2011
CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> behaalde haar tweede CACIB, verloor de Best in Varieteit van Morrison.
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> behaalde een U1, werd Best in Varieteit en genomineerd voor Best in Show.

10 juli 2011
CZ*Jaguar of Beyrout -> behaalde haar derde CACUB. Ze is nu International Champion!!!
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> behaalde een U1, werd wederom Best in Varieteit en genomineerd voor Best in Show. Verloor uiteindelijk door loting :-(

Na het geweldige resultaat van de vorige show denk je dat je dan alles wel gehad hebt..... Niets is minder waar :-)

Met trots kunnen we de volgende resultaten melden:

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth --> kreeg van keurmeester Marek Chadaj haar CACIB, daar bovenop de BIV van alle volwassen poezen en katers in groep 1. Daar bovenop kreeg ze ook nog eens de Nominatie Best in Show!!
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison --> kreeg van keurmeester Marek Chadaj een uitmuntend 1 met concurrentie, daar bovenop de BIV over alle kittens van groep 1. Daar bovenop kreeg hij de Nominatie Best in Show..... En, om het verhaal nog completer te maken,.... Morrison werd met zijn 4,5 maand wederom BEST IN SHOW !!! uit totaal 6 genomineerde kittens.

Hoe trots kun je zijn met zulke SUPER resultaten!!!

After the last showresult you can not imagine anything more... Less is true :-)

With great pride we can announce the following results:

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth --> got a CACIB from judge Marek Chadaj, on top of that the BIV of all adult males and females in group 1. To complete this she also got the Nomination Best in Show!!!
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison --> got an Excellent 1 with competition from judge Marek Chadaj, on top op that the BIV over all kittens from group 1. On top of that Morrison was Nominated Best in Show... And to complete te story... Morrison became agian, with just 4,5 month old, BEST IN SHOW!!! from the total of 6 nominated kittens.

How proud can you be as owners with such SUPER results!!!

Met een gezellige groep Nederlanders hebben we de show in Alsfeld, Duitsland, bezocht. Wat een succes en wat een lol hebben weg gehad.
Bubu (aka Jaguar) en Morrison waren met ons mee.

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth --> kreeg van keurmeester Maria Rihova haar CAC.
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison --> kreeg van keurmeester Maria Rihova een U1 en de Nominatie Best in Show. Bij de Best in Show waren er 2 stemmen voor Morrison en 2 stemmen voor een andere Maine Coon. Door loting is de Best in Show naar de andere Maine Coon gegaan. Jammer maar helaas :-(

8 mei 2011

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth --> kreeg van keurmeester Alfred Wittich haar 3e CAC. Hiermee is ze kampioen geworden!!! Keurmeester Wittich was zo onder de indruk van haar profiel dat ze de Nominatie Best in Show kreeg!!!
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison --> kreeg van Alfred Wittich een U1 en de nominatie Best in Show. Deze keer kreeg Morrison op 3 van de 4 stemmen en werd hiermee BEST IN SHOW!!!

WAUW!!!! Wat een weekend. Wat hebben we genoten :-)

Monique en Edwin van Feline Fantasy, gefeliciteerd met de BIV, BIS en BOB van Duke. Monique en Michel van cattery Hiamovi, gefeliciteerd met de resultaten van jullie Spetter.

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth --> got her CAC from judge Maria Rihova.
DE*Big Giant's Resort's Morrison --> Got an Excellent 1 from Maria Rihova. On top of that Morrison was Nominated Best in Show. At the Best in Show Morrison got 2 votes and another Maine Coon got also 2 votes. Finally the lottery gave the BIS to the other Maine Coon.

May 8th 2011

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth --> got her CAC from judge Alfred Wittich. With this she became a Champion. Judge Wittich was so impressed by her profile that she was also Nominated Best in Show!!!
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison --> got an Excellent 1 from Judge Alfed Wittich. He also was Nominated Best in Show. This time Morrison got 3 of the 4 votes en became BEST IN SHOW!!!

Op deze warme paasdagen hebben we met Bubu (aka Jaguar) en onze nieuwe ster Morrison de jaarlijkse paasshow in Arnhem bezocht. Deze keer had Mundikat een Zwart/wit/zwart wit special georganiseerd.
Het was erg leuk om hier aan deel te mogen nemen.

En dan nu de resultaten :-)

Dag 1

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> kreeg een U2 van keurmeester Andreas Woelm
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> kreeg een U1 van Andreas Woelm + Nominatie Best in Show!!! Voor de Best in Variëteit mochten uiteindelijk Morrison en zijn grote broer Big Giants Resort's Donovan blijven staan. Morrison verloor nipt de Best in Variët. Andreas Woelm was SUPER complimenteus over Morrison en noemde hem de toekomst. Op zijn keurrapport had hij diverse stempels met de tekst "High Fife Quality" gezet. En dat voor een eerste show :-)

Voor de special was een ringenkeuring georganiseerd waar Alexey Schukin de keuring verrichte. Bubu (aka Jaguar) en Morrison mochten gelijk bij de eerste ronde komen. Van alle 9 katten mochten er 3 blijven zitten voor de volgende ronde waaronder Morrison. Ook de volgende 4 rondes mocht Morrison blijven zitten. Hij was hiermee de enige kat uit heel Categorie 2!!! Zijn concurrenten voor de BEST Zwarte Kat waren een pers en een Britse Korthaar. Morrison werd met zijn nog geen 4 maanden oud 3e BEST Cat van alle zwarte katten uit Catgeorien 1 tot en met 4. Hij werd overladen met mooie complimenten, cadeaus en voer.

En dan dag 2...

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> kreeg van keurmeester Stephe Bruin een U2
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> kreeg van Stephe Bruin een U1. De Best in Variëteit ging ook deze keer naar grote broer Donovan. De nominatie ging helaas naar een Noortje.

At this warm Easter weekend we went to the anual Eastershow of Mundikat in Arnhem with Bubu (aka Jaguar) and our new start Morrison. Mundikat organized a Black/White/Black White special which was very much fun to join.

And then the results :-)

Day 1

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> got an Excellent 2 of judge Andreas Woelm.
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> got an Excellent 1 of judge Andreas Woelm + Nomination Best in Show!!! Finally only Morrison and his big brother Big Giants Resort's Donovan were left and had to compete for the Best in Variety. Morrison lost the Best in Variety to his big brother. Andreas Woelm was SUPER complimentous about Morrison and called him the future. At his certificate he putted several stamps with the text "high Fife Quality". And that for a first show :-)

For the special there was a Ringshow wich was judged by Alexey Shuhkin. Bubu (aka Jaguar) and Morrison started directly at this first round. Of all 9 cats the 3 best cats could stay for the next round. Morrison was one of the three that stayed. Also the next 4 rounds Morrison was the best and could stay. That made Morrison the best cat from Category 2!!! His competetors for BEST Black cat were a persian and a British Shorthair. Morrison became 3rd BEST Black Cat with almost 4 months old from all Category's 1, 2, 3 and . Morrison was overloaded with compliments, prices, gifts and food.

And then day 2...

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth -> got an Excellent 2 from judge Stephe Bruin
DE*Big Giants Resort's Morrison -> got an Excellent 1, lost again the Best in Variety to big Brother Donovan. The nomination went to a Norwergian kitten.

Op 26 maart 2011 zijn de RMC Awards voor 2010 uitgereikt.

IC DK*Coonation's Highland Fling is BEST OPEN POES van 2010. Ze behaalde de eerste plaats met een SUPER puntentotaal van 2050 punten :-)

Dit is de tweede keer dat een poes van onze cattery de eerste plaats behaald bij de open klasse poezen. Hiermee volgt ze DK*Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty op.

At March 26th 2011 it was time for the Awards of 2010.

IC DK*Coonation's Highland Fling is BEST OPEN FEMALE 2010. Ze got the first place at the females with a SUPER total of 2050 points :-)

This is the second time that a female of our cattery got the first place at the females. With this she follows DK*Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty.

Eindelijk weer eens een show in de buurt. Dat was wel even wat anders :-) Op deze show waren Willow en Jaguar (aka Bubu) met ons mee.

De resultaten:

IC DK*Løve Hulen's Willow kreeg met veel complimenten haar CAGCIB van keurmeester Judith Zuurveld
CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth verloor nipt de CAC en kreeg een exc. 2 van keurmeester Raymond Sartre. Op haar keurrapport had hij maar liefst 3 hartjes getekend voor Bubu. Zo lief...

Op zulke meiden met zulke mooie keurraporten kun je niet anders dan trots zijn :-)

Finally a show in the neighbourhood. That was something else :-) At this show, Willow and Jaguar (aka Bubu) were with us.

IC DK*Løve Hulen's Willow got her CAGCIB with a lot of compliments from judge Judith Zuurveld
CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth lost by an inch the CAC and got an excl. 2 from judge Raymond Sartre. At her certificate he had drawn 3 hearts for Bubu. So sweet...

At these girls with these kind of results you can only be proud :-)

Deze show hebben we met 3 van onze schatten bezocht. Willow, Flavionel en Jaguar (aka Bubu) waren met ons mee.

In het laatste weekend van januari in de snerpende kou zijn we afgereisd naar Lichtenfels. En dat was zeker de moeite waard :-) Flavionel en Willow reisden met ons mee.

De resultaten van dag 1:

CH. CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth kreeg van keurmeester Sanda zijn CACIB

De results van dag 2:

IC DK*Løve Hulen's Willow kreeg van Dorte Kaa haar CAGCIB en als toetje een Nominatie Best in Show
Door het behalen van zijn punt op dag 1 was Flavionel uitgesloten op dag 2 omdat dit een punt moest zijn in een ander land.

In the last weekend of January, in the shivering cold we travelled to Lichtenfelfs Germany. And it was certainly worth it :-) Flavionel and Willow travelled with us.

The results on day 1:
IC DK*Løve Hulen's Willow got from judge Sanda her CAGCIB
CH. CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got his CACIB from judge Sanda

The results on day 2:

IC DK*Løve Hulen's Willow got her CAGCIB from judge Dorte Kaa and on top of that a Nomination Best in Show
Because his certificate on day 1, Flavionel could not join the show on day 2. He needed a certificate from another country.

Een kleine show in een leuke omgeving. En niet zover van huis. Op deze show troffen we veel Nederlandse exposanten. Dat maakte het ook weer reuze gezellig :-)

De resultaten op dag 1:

CH. DK*Løve Hulen's Willow behaalde haar laatste CACIB en werd Internationaal kampioen bij keurmeester Charles Spijker
CH. CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth behaalde zijn eerste CACIB bij keurmeester Charles Spijker en kreeg tevens een BIV Total en een Nominatie Best in Show

De resultaten op dag 2:

IC DK*Løve Hulen's Willow behaalde bij keurmeester Lubrano haar eerste CAGCIB.
CH. CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth behaalde een excl. 2 bij keurmeester Lubrano.

A small show in a nice town. And not so far from home. At this show there were a lot of Dutch exibithioners. That made is a lot of fun :-)

The results on day 1:

CH. DK*Løve Hulen's Willow got her last CACIB from judge Chlarles Spijker and became International Champion
CH. CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got his first CACIB from judge Charles Spijker and on top of that the BIV Total and a Nomination Best in Show

The results on day 2:

IC. DK*Løve hulen's Willow got her first CAGCIB from judge Lubrano.
CH. CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got an excl. 2 from judge Lubrano.

Again what a great results :-)

Deze eerste showdag in het nieuwe jaar is goed begonnen :-)))

This first show in the new year started good :-)))

Flavionel became a FIFE CHAMPION!!!

And here are the results:

CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got his 3rd CAC from judge Tellervo Kass and became a Champion.
DK*Løve Hulen's Willow got her 2nd CACIB from judge Fabrice Calmes.

What a GREAT darlings!

In dit koude winterweekend zijn we naar de jaarlijkse Mundikatshow in Groningen geweest. Dit jaar was het voor het eerste een tweedaagse show.
We hadden Jaguar (aka Bubu) en Flavionel meegenomen naar deze show.

En dit zijn de resulaten :-)

Zaterdag 11 december 2010
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth -> behaalde bij Sirpa Lindelöf zijn eerste CAC en kreegde BIV uit totaal 9 (!!) katten over heel groep 5. Als toetje kreeg hij ook de Nominatie Best in Show!!!
CZ*Jaguar of Berouth -> kreeg van Anne Køhn een excellent 1

CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth -> kreeg van Helena Reiter zijn tweede CAC
CZ*Jaguar of Berouth -> kreeg van Charles Spijker een Excellent 1 aangevuld met de BIV over groep 1. Charles Spijker was ontzettend blij met het mooie profiel van Bubu :-)

In this cold winterweekend we went to the anual show in Groningen. This year this was a two day show for the first time.

Saturday december 11th 2010
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth -> got his first CAC from judge Sirpa Lindelöf. On top of that he got the BIV over whole group 5 (total 9 cats) !!!. And... The Nomination Best in Show!!!
CZ* Jaguar of Beyrouth -> got an excellent 1 from Anne Køhn

Sunday december 12th 2010
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth -> got his second CAC from judge Helena Reiter
CZ* Jaguar of Beyrouth -> got an excellent 1 from Charles Spijker and the BIV over group 1. Charles Spijker was very happy with Bubu's profile :-)

We are so proud of our sweethearts.

Op 14 november zijn we naar de Felikat show in Rijswijk geweest. Bij deze show was er in verband met het 20 jarig bestaan van de Rasclub Maine Coon een ringenspecial.

We hadden Willow en Flavionel ingeschreven voor deze show. En dit zijn de resultaten

DK*Løve Hulen's Willow -> behaalde haar eerste CACIB en als toetje kreeg ze van keurmeester John Rudolph de BIV over groep 2 :-)
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth -> kreeg van keurmeester John Rudolph een excellent 1.

In de ringenkeuring:
DK*Løve Hulen's Willow werd Best in Color
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth werd Best inColor, Best in Group en eindigde in de finale op de 5e plaats.

We hebben de ringenkeuring een mooie ervaring gevonden :-) En zijn erg trots op de resulaten

On November 14th we went to the Felikat show in Rijswijk. At this show there also was a Tica judging because of the 20th anniversary of the Dutch Maine Coon Club.

We had Willow and Flavionel with uw. And these are the results

DK*Løve Hulen's Willow -> got her first CACIB and the BIV Total from judge John Rudolph :-)
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth -> got the excellent 1 of judge John Rudolph

In the Tica judging:
DK*Løve Hulen's Willow became Best of Color
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth became Best of Color, Best in Group and became 5th in the Final.

We enjoyed this judging very much and are very proud of the results :-)

Op zondag 17 oktober zijn we in de koude maar vooral zeer vroege ochtend naar het noorden vertrokken. Naar Gorredijk om precies te zijn.

We hadden Fling, Flavionel en Bubu (aka Jaguar) meegenomen naar deze show. Zij behaalden de volgende resultaten:

DK*Coonation's Highland Fling behaalde haar 4e CABCIB bij keurmeester Marino Koot.
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth kreeg van keurmeester Ina van Berkum een U2 uit de totaal 3 katten.
CZ*Jaguaru of Beyrouth kreeg een U1 uit totaal 2 katten van keurmeester Ina van Berkum

Maar.....

Daicey Pond's Xtra Cute (wonend bij Astrid en Alex; domusdraco.com) kreeg een U1 werd BIV en kreeg een nominatie Best in Show!!!

On Sunday October 17th, a early and cold morning we went way up to the North of Holland, to Gorredijk.

We brought Fling, Flavionel and Bubu (aka Jaguar) with us. They got the followeing results:

DK*Coonation's Highland Fling got her 4th CAGCIB from judge Marino Koot
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got an excellent 2 out of 3 from Ina van Berkum
CZ*Jaguar got an excellent 1 out of 2 also from Ina van Berkum

But....

Daicey Pond's Xtra Cute (living with Astrid and Alex; domusdraco.com) got an excellent 1, became BIV and was nominated to Best in Show!!!
Coongratulations Astrid and Alex with your princess :-)

Deze keer was deze belgische show in herstthema. Het was weer reuze gezellig.

IC DK*Coonation's Higland Fling kreeg haar derder CAGCIB met daar bovenop nog de BIV en de nominatie Best in Show!!! Keurmeester Anciau was erg te spreken over Fling :-)
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth kreeg een U1 van keurmeester Coste en ook een nominatie Best in Show!!

Wij zijn harstikke trots op beide kanjers!!!

This time this Belgian show had as theme the fall. It was lot's of fun again on show.

IC DK*Coonation's Highland Fling got her third CAGCIB and on top of that the Best in Variety and Nomination Best in Show!!! Judge Anciau was very fond of Fling :-)
CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got an excellent 1 from judge Coste. He also got a nomination Best in Show on top of that!!!

We zijn dit weekend naar Bad Kissingen geweest. Niet in de buurt maar een succesvolle show :-)

De resultaten:

Daicey Pond's Summer Love werd op dag 1 U2. Maar op dag 2, dezelfde concurrent, kreeg Summer haar CAC en een nominatie Best in Show!!! Hiermee is onze Summer kampioen geworden!!!

CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth kreeg beide dagen een U2.

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth (beter bekend als Bubu) maakte op deze show haar debuut. Zij kreeg beide dagen een U1 met concurrentie!


Maar.... Ze woont niet meer bij ons maar trots zijn we zeker... Daicey Pond's Xtra Cute kreeg beiden dagen een U1 en op dag 2 daar bovenop nog een Best in Variëteit!!!

This weekend we went to Bad Kissingen. Not in de neighbourhood but it was very succesfull :-)

The results:

Daicey Pond's Summer Love got an excellent 2 on day 1. But on day 2, with the same competition, Summer got her CAC and a Nomination Best in Show!!! Summer became a champion!!!

CZ*Flavionel of Beyrouth got both days an excellent 2.

CZ*Jaguar of Beyrouth (aka Bubu) made her showdebute this show. She got an excellent 2, with competition!


And... although she moved we are very proud... Daicey Pond's Xtra Cute got both days an excellent 1 and became Best in Variety!!!

Deze zondag was het alweer de laatste show van het seizoen. En wat een mooie afsluiting. Nog nauwelijk bijgekomen van het succes van 5 en 6 juni mogen we weer super shownieuws brengen.

This Sunday was already the last show of the season. And what a nice final. Last weekend was a big happening but also this weekend we had great succes! We can hardly believe it.

We are so proud of our sweethearts. And what a pleassure it was to see that Flavionel has so much fun on show. He had much fun whith judge Ina van Berkum. He was playing with her and her featerstick. Judge Ina had to "fight" for it :-)))

Wat een weekend!!! We leven op wolken :-)

Dit weekend zijn we naar de tweedaagse paasshow in Arnhem geweest met Summer en Fling. Op deze paasshow was er een Maine Coon special welke gesponsord was door de Rasclub Maine Coon. Op deze show werden naast de reguliere keuringen "Maine Coon specials" gehouden. Op dag 1 waren dat groepen 1, 3, 5, 7 en 9. Op dag 2 was dat voor de groepen 2, 4, 6 en 8.

De resultaten kunnen we wel van de dagen schreeuwen :-))))))))))))))))))

Dag 1 - 4 april 2010
Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> behaalde uit een groep van 3 poezen een u2. Keurmeester Fabrice Calmes heeft er lang over moeten denken maar na lang wikken en wegen koos hij voor de andere poes.
DK* Coonation's Highland Fling -> werd gekeurd door keurmeester Jurgen Billing. Hij was tot over zijn oren verliefd op Fling. Hij noemde haar "Drop dead georgius" en zei dat haar schoonheid verder ging dan deze wereld. We konden niet trotser zijn. Hij had zelfs allerlei hartjes op haar rapport getekend. Met gemak kreeg ze haar derde CAC en hiermee is Fling dus Champion.
Naast haar CAC kreeg Fling de Best in Variëteit en de nominatie. Bij de BIS stonden 11 poezen. Fling kreeg 5 stemmen. De winnaar kreeg 6 stemmen.
Naast de gewone keuring won Fling de Special en mocht op het podium voor de Best over Best. Daar werd ze 2e.

Vol trots en zweven op wolken begonnen we aan dag 2

5 april 2010
Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> verloor wederom de CAC van dezelfde poes als dag 1 en kreeg een U2. Lene Glem vond het lastig kiezen maar koos uiteindelijk voor de andere poes.
DK*Coonation's Highland Fling -> werd gekeurd door keurmeester Lene Glem en kreeg haar eerst CACIB. Zij vond Fling SUPER!!! Ze noemde haar de "witte prinses" en we kregen niet alleen over haar type maar ook over haar grooming veel complimenten :-) Fling kreeg wederom de Best in Variëteit en mocht nog terugkomen voor de Nominatie. Fling werd genomineerd.
Bij de BIS kreeg Fling 5 stemmen en werd hiermee (ondanks de moordende concurrentie) BEST IN SHOW!!!! Op de leeftijd van 11 maanden.
Bij de Best of Best van Categorie 2 waren het Fling en een Heilige Birmaan youngster welke gelijke stemmen krijgen. Louis Coste mocht het eindoordeel vellen en koos voor de Birmaan. Daarmee was Fling de best Maine Coon van dag 2 van totaal 160 Maine Coons.

What a weekend!!! We're living on clouds :-)

This weekend we went to the two day show in Arnhem with Summer and Fling. On this eastershow there was a Maine Coon Special sponsored by the Dutch Maine Coon Club. On this show there were, besides the normal judging, Maine Coon Specials for groups 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 on day 1. On day 2 there were specials for groups 2, 4, 6 en 8.

We just can't wait to tell the results :-)))))))))))))))))))))))))

April 4
Daicey Pond's summer Love -> Got an excl 2 out of females. Judge Fabrice Calmes took some time to decide but decided to choose the other female.
DK*Coonation's Highland Fling -> was judged by judge Jurgen Billing. He was totally in love with Fling. He called her "drop dead georgious" and said "her beauty is beyond this world". On her certificate he drew several hearts. WE could not be more proud. She got her CACIB and the Best in Variety. Later on she also got the nomination.
At the Best in Show there were 11 females. Fling got 5 votes. The winner had 6 votes.
Besides the normal judging there also was a Maine Coon special. Fling won the special. On stage she became second at the Best of Best special.

Full of proud we started on day 2

April 5th 2010
Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> Lost again the CAC to the same female as the day before. Judge Lene Glem had some difficulty choosing but finally choose for the other female. Summer got an excl. 2
DK*Coonation's Highland Fling -> also got judged by Lene Glem and got her first CACIB. She found Fling SUPER!! She called Fling her "White Princes". We got a lot of compliments. Not only for her type but also on her grooming. Fling got again the Best in Variety!!! She also got nominated.
Again there were 11 females and it was a heavy competition., She got 5 votes at the Best in Show. ........Fling became BEST IN SHOW at the age of 11 months.
At the Best of Best from Category 2 Fling got 4 votes and got a tiebreak with a Birman youngster wich became both 4 votes. Judge Louis Coste had to make the final decission and the Birman became Best of Best. Fling became with this the Best Maine Coon of the show of all 160 Maine Coons.

Met een beetje dubbel gevoel zijn we naar deze show gegaan. Het is voorlopig de laatste show van Trinity..... Hij is Supreme Champion en hij voor hem zit het er voorlopig op. In de toekomst zal hij nog wel eens mee gaan in de ereklasse.

De resultaten :-)

SC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> HC :-) De nominatie verloor hij nipt aan een Noorse Boskat.
DK*Coonation's Higland Fling -> CAC (er was geen BIV) en kreeg de nominatie over 3 andere oudere poezen!!!

With a little bit mixed emiotios we went to this show. For now it's Trinity's last show.... He's a Supreme Champion now. Maybe in the future he will join us in the Honor Class.

DK*Coonation's Higland Fling -> CAC (there was no BIV) and got the nomination Best in Show over 3 older females!!!

Een hele bijzondere show. We hebben een hoofstuk af mogen sluiten..... Trinity is SUPREME CHAMPION!!! En wat een mooie showcarriere :-) Het was een genot om deze geweldige man te mogen showen met zijn super karakter.
De show stond voor ons in het teken van het laatste en het eerste punt. Trinity ging voor zijn laatste CACS en Fling met haar 10 maanden en 2 weken voor haar eerste punt, een CAC.

Zowel Trinty als Fling hadden beide Madame Godier Lepert als keurmeester. Over beide katten was ze erg te spreken.

De resultaten:

SC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> behaalde zijn laatste CACS. Als toetje kreeg hij ook de BIV. De nominatie verloor hij aan een Noorse Boskat.
DK*Coonation's Highland Fling -> behaalde haar eerste CAC met concurrentie. De keurmeester vond haar bonging geweldig, prachtig gegroomed en vond haar SUPER mooi wit. We werden bedankt voor de moeite die we hiervoor hadden gedaan. De nominatie verloor ze aan en Noorse boskat die later Best in Show en Best over Best nummer 1 werd.

A very special show. We closed a chapter..... Trinity is SUPREME Champion!!! And what a showcareer he had :-) It was a pleasure to show this SUPER guy with this SUPER temper.

This show was the of the last certificate and the first certificate. Trinity went for his last CACS and Fling for her first CAC.

Both Trinity and Fling had Madame Godier Lepert for judging.

The results:

SC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> got his last CACS. On top of all he got the Best in Variety. The nomination went to a Norwegian Forestcat
DK*Coonation's Highland Fling -> got her first CAC with competion. The judge loved her boning and found her prefect groomed and super white. We were thanked for the work we did on the washing.
Fling lost the nomation a Norwegian Forestcat who later on became Best in Show and Best over Best place 1.

Met grote trots kunnen we bekend maken dat onze Fifty voor de 3e maal in de top 5 van de RMC is beland. Op de ALV zal bekend worden gemaakt op welke plaats ze is geëindigd. In 2007 was ze de best Maine Coon poes.
Spannend!!!

With great pride we can announce you that again our Fifyt is in the top 5 females 2009 of de Dutch Maine Coon Club. At the anual members meeting they will announce wich place she become. This is the third time she is in the top 5. In 2007 she already was Best Female.
SUPER!!!

In het winterse weer hebben we toch de tocht gemaakt naar Minden. Het was een kleine show met slechts een kleine groep Maine Coons.

GIC Løve Hulen's Trinity behaalde op dag 1 zijn 6e en 7e CACS. Beide dagen verloor hij de BIV van een prachtige Tjechische kater.

In the typical winter weahter wich February can offer we made the trip to Minden. It was a really tiny show with a small group Maine Coons.

GIC Løve Hulen's Trinity got, on day 1 his 6th and on day 2 his 7th CACS. Both days he lost the Best in Variety to a beautifull male from Tjechie.

De eerste show van het jaar. Altijd weer spannend en gezellig!

Op deze koude winterdag zijn we in alle vroegte vertrokken naar Groningen. We hadden gezamelijk weer een geweldige kooi inrichting gemaakt (totaal 13 kooien).
Astrid en Alex, Dorien, Jenny, Monique en Edwin en Monique en Michel, we hebben ontzettend genoten!! Het was één en al goud wat er blonk


En van de resultaten mogen we ook alleen maar stralen.

DK*Coonation's Highland Fling -> got again an Excellent 1. There was no BIV because there were only 2 white Coonies. She lost the nomation to a MCO female from group 5

Paris..... Mais oui!

Voor de tweede maal hebben we in Parijs de animal expo mogen meemaken. En wat is dat toch een belevenis! WAUW! Een grote expo met heeeeeeeeeeel veel bezoekers. De Nederlandse ploeg had als thema "halloween" afgesproken. Helaas zijn de foto's genomen vanaf een mobiel en laat de kwaliteit soms wat te wensen over.

En dan nu de resultaten.

Dag 1

GIC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> behaalde zijn eerste CACS + BIV + Nom. BIS. Kreeg bij de BIS nog een stem
Coonation's Highland Fling -> kreeg haar U1, kreeg de BIV over groep 9 en kreeg uit 4 kittens nom.BIS. Ook zij kreeg nog een stem bij de BIS.

Dag 2

GIC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> CACS, verloor de BIV aan de kater waarvan hij hem op de dag 1 van had gewonnen.
Coonation's Highland Fling -> kreeg opnieuw een U1 en de BIV over groep 9. Bij de nominatie bleef ze van de 4 samen met een Noorse Boskat over. Uiteindelijk won de Noor.

Het was een super gezellig weekend met deze Nederlandse delegatie. We hebben genoten!

Paris... Mais oui!

For the second time we got to join the animal expo in Paris. What a happening! WAUW! It is a big expo with many many visiters. The holland crew had choosen the theme "halloween". The pictures are not of a very high qualit because they were taken from a mobile phone.

Day 1

GIC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> Got his first CACS + BIV + Nomination BIS. On the BIS he got a vote.
Coonation's Highland Fling -> got an Excl.1 + BIV over whole group 9 + the nomation BIS out of 4 kittens. On the BIS she also got a vote.

Day 2

GIC Løve Hulen's Trinity -> CACS, lost the BIV to the male he won from on the first day.
Coonation's Higland Fling -> Again got her Excl.1 and again the BIV over whole group 9. At the nominatie she made it (from the total of 4 kittens) to stay with the last 2 with a Norwegian. Finally the Norwegian won.

It was a fun and great weekend with the Holland crew. We enjoyed ourselves a lot!

Onze Fifty is SUPREME Champion (nieuwe naam voor Euro)!!!

Met een showcariere van 13 maal Best in Variëteit, 11 maal Nom.BIS en 2 maal BIS, Beste Poes RMC 2007, heeft ze deze mooie reeks afgesloten met de titel SUPREME!! Wij zijn ontzettend trots op onze snoes! We zullen haar erg missen op show maar met name in de hotelkamers :-)

Een weekend vol blijde emoties en bijzondere momenten maar bovenal weer reuze gezellig!

Our Fifty became SUPREME Champion (the new name for Euro Champion)

With a showcareer of 13 times Best in Variety, 11 Nominations for BIS and 2 Best. in Shows, Best female Dutch Maine Coon Club 2007, she finished her showcareer with a Supreme Titel. We are so proud of our girl. For certain we are going to miss her on shows but most of all in the hotelrooms.

Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> had concurrentie maar kreeg haar u1. Ook zij verloor de BIV aan de kater en dus ook de nominatie.

Wij zijn ontzettend trots op onze meiden!!! Helaas zijn we deze show ons fototoestel vergeten dus helaas geen foto's.

It was a long but fun day in Arnhem. And it was also very exciting with the severe competition our Coons had.

The results:
GIC Løve HUlen's Fifty Fifty -> had severe competition of another female for the certificate. Fifty won the competition and got her 7th CACS. She lost the BIV to the male and lost the nomination to the female who became BIS later on.
Løve Hulen's Willow -> got an Excl.1, lost the BIV to the adult male. The nomination was for another Maine Coon
Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> Did have competition but got her Excl. 1. She also lost the BIV to the male and with that the nomination.

We're so very proud of our girls!!! Unfortunately we forgot our camera. So no pictures...

We zijn voor de kattenshow van Felikat naar het Noorden afgereisd; naar Zwolle om precies te zijn.

En trots als een pauw mogen we zijn op:

GIC Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> behaalde haar 6e CACS
Løve Hulen's Willow -> behaalde een U1
Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> U1 en BIV

Wij zijn SUPER trots op onze meiden :-)))

We went to the Nothern part of Holland for the catshow of the Felikat; in Zwolle to be precise.

And we can e very proud of the results of:

GIC Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> got her 6th CACS
Løve Hulen's Willow -> got an Ex1
Daicey Pond's Summer Love -> Ex1 + BIV

We are SO PROUD of our girls :-)))

Onze eerste Belgische Fife show. Wat een belevenis :-)))

Jammergenoeg waren we het fototoestel vergeten. Maar toch de resultaten liegen er niet om.

GIC Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> behaalde haar 5e CACS + BIV (total) en werd genomineerd voor de Best in Show uit totaal 6 poezen. Henry Hornell was erg van haar gecharmeerd. De BIS ging helaas naar een Noor.

Wat was het een gezellige dag ;-))))

Our first Belgian Fife show. What a happening :-)))

Unfortunately we forgot our camera. So no pictures but the results are SUPER!!!

Gic Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> got her 5th CACS + BIV (total) and also got nominated for the Best in Show out of a total of 6 cats. WOW!! Judge Henry Hornell was very pleased about her.

It was a very fun day ;-))))

We zijn naar de Mundikatshow in Hilversum geweest met onze meiden.
En wat een spannende dag.

En dan de resultaten...

Løve Hulen's Willow -> behaalde een U1 en kreeg ook de BIV!!!

GIC Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> got her 4th CACS and the BIV!!!!
Løve Hulen's Willow -> became Excl. 1 and also got the BIV!!!!

De show in Haarlem was een succes!

De resultaten:

GIC Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> behaalde haar 3e CACS
Løve Hulen's Willow -> U1 (met concurrentie); verloor de BIV aan een volwassen poes. Keurmeester Charles Spijker twijfelde tussen Willow en de volwassen poes. Van de in totaal 4 katten welke doorgingen voor de BIV, gaf keurmeester Charles Spijker Willow uiteindelijk een 2e plaats. Bij de nominaties moest Willow het opnemen tegen een Noorse Boskat van bijna 10 maanden en een Coon kater.
Willow kreeg genomineerd voor de Best in Show!!!

The show in Haarlem was a great succes!

The results:

GIC Løve Hulen's Fifty Fifty -> got her third CACS
Løve Hulen's Willow -> Excl 1 (with competition); lost the BIV to an adult female. Judge Charles Spijker doubted between Willow and the adult female. Of the group of total 4 cats running for the BIV, Charles Spijker gave her the second place. At the nomination Willow had to compete with a Norwegian boy of almost 10 months old and a Coon boy. Willow won the Nomination Best in Show!!!
